この曲は1stアルバム「コントラスト」に収録されています。
グルーブ感をキープしたまま弾き語るのがなかなか大変で、
秦さんの曲の中でも難易度が高い曲だと思います。
特に、サビの「君に伝えたい～」のコードは弾くのが少し大変です。
慣れないうちは難しいと思いますので、テンポを下げて練習されることをお勧めします。

I did a cover of Motohiro Hata's "The words which I want to tell you".
This is included in his 1st album "Contrast".
Playing and singing while to be keeping the groove was so hard.
Even in his songs, I think that challenge level of this song is high.
Especially, the chord of hook "The words which I want to tell you~" is bit tough to playing.
I think it's hard for those who are not used to it, so I recommend that you practice this part with slowing down the musical tempo.
Although my unskilled playing and singing, I hope this video will help for your guitar cover.
